PiC
Practice Information Centre
(PiC) is a computer-based
marketing tool for your waiting
area. The program contains 280
messages designed to entertain,
inform and generate enquiries
for additional services such as
cosmetic treatments. Individual
messages can be switched on or
off and you can create your own
messages in minutes.

ENVOY
ENVOY runs in conjunction
with PiC and enables you to "call"
patients from the
computer in your surgery. Envoy
‘interrupts’ the PiC program
running in your waiting area
with a personlised message,
asking the next patient to come
to your surgery. Envoy is
particularly useful if your
surgery is on a different floor
or a long way from the waiting
area.
