Envoy - Don't waste time, patients arrive at your door automatically!

Envoy has been designed to keep surgery staff just where they are needed, in the surgery! Envoy is the perfect partner to PiC. A screen message calls your patient to your surgery whilst your surgery staff prepare for their arrival.

Envoy is run in the surgery and the message is displayed in the waiting room. You’re in control of the content of the message, how long it’s displayed and the sound used to alert the patient. Two message levels ensure the patient gets the message. The waiting room PC could be connected by a standard network point or a wireless network connection.

How It Works

1. The Nurse or Dentist enters the next patients’ name into ENVOY from the surgery
   
2. ENVOY connects to the waiting room PC and produces a graphic which contains the relevant information
   
3. PiC links to ENVOY and displays the graphic at the next available opportunity
