faceFACTS Consult is an interactive computer-based program to help you explain conditions, procedures and treatment options to your patients. It can be used by anyone in the team who explains things to patients on a one-to-one basis.

The program covers 9 treatment types, with animations for different areas of the face and also a choice of male and female models. The animations are very realistic, but without being threatening to the patient.

A Complete Range of Documents

Each treatment type has a range of documents associated with it. The range includes a client information leaflet, medical history, aftercare, side effects and consent forms.

• Easy to Navigate – the program will take you from the animation you have shown, directly to the appropriate document set.
• Print or Email – you can choose to print a document at the touch of a button, or email it to the client at home or at work. You can also choose to print or email the complete set.
• A Visual Reminder – many of the client leaflets contain stills from the animations. These help to remind the client what they saw and heard in the practice.
• Personalise Documents – a special Wizard helps you add your logo and practice details to all the documents in one go. You can also edit the text in MS Word.
• Add Your Own – you can store your own documents in the system’s library, making them easily accessible

Integrate With Your Practice Management System – the program records what you show a patient and this can be copied into your PMS system or printed out for patient record cards.
