faceFACTS Waiting is a computer-based marketing tool which runs silently in an endless loop in your waiting area.

The program contains over half an hour of professionally illustrated messages, many of which are animated to create maximum impact and interest for your clients.

The messages are designed to increase your business by generating interest in additional cosmetic treatments. You can select from more than 150 messages delivered in the program and decide to switch individual messages on or off as well as creating your own messages to personalise the program to your practice.

Over 150 Messages

DUO Option
In some practices the waiting area layout means that there isn’t a suitable wall to mount the screen, or the only wall wide enough may be in the wrong place for your seating.  

The DUO option allows you to mount a wide screen monitor vertically. This saves wall space, and also creates a very eye-catching display which will run two messages simultaneously, plus your logo in the middle.

The DUO option is available for an additional £100+VAT

PiC ENVOY Option
In some practices, the surgeries are a distance from the waiting area, maybe upstairs. This can make it inconvenient and unproductive to collect each patient from the waiting area.

The ENVOY option will enable you to send a message from the computer in your surgery, which will interrupt the presentation running in your waiting area with a message e.g. “Mrs Smith, please come to surgery 3”

You can decide:

• The phrases that appear

• If an alert sound also plays

• How long the message stays on the screen

• What the background design looks like

The system is dependent on the computers in the surgeries and the one running your waiting room program being on the same network. ENVOY is capable of running multiple surgeries and multiple waiting areas.
