MEDiVision Waiting Room

Are you making the most of your waiting room? Engage, entertain and educate your patients whilst they wait. Simply create and manage playlists to promote your services, advertise your products and grow your business. You do not need to install any software and can control your playlists from any internet connected device. Our Android media players come pre-loaded with content from MEDiVision and many popular brands, plus you can upload your own content. It also includes "Envoy" the patient call facility, helping the team to streamline the transition between patients.

Main Features

Envoy Patient Call

Minimise staff movement and call your patients into surgery with just a few easy clicks. Standard alert or voice notification sounds are available and you can choose which TVs to display them on.

Background Music

Choose from royalty free music or upload your own. Background music plays through the TV’s own speakers and will mute if an Envoy message or video soundtrack is played.

Event Videos

Automatically play seasonal and event related videos keeping your waiting room content current. There are over 30 to choose from including National Smile Month, Ramadan & Star Wars Day.

Multi Display Modes

Switch between full screen, fully zoned and hydrid display modes depending on your preference. Capture your patients' attention with up to date information, promoting your brand, products, services and staff without interruption.

Content Templates

If you dont have digital creative skills in house, no problem. Use our content generators to showcase your work, promote your services and special offers.

Screen Capture

No matter where you are, you can easily see what is currently being played on any of your media players.

For a single media player there is a one time set up fee of £40 (ex VAT) and a monthly charge of £40 (ex VAT). Additional media players at the same practice have a one time set up fee of £40 (ex VAT) and a monthly charge of £10 (ex VAT).

Yes, your subscription includes access to over 350 items with new content being added all the time. You can chose from real movies, popular brands, dental treatment animations and much more.

Yes. If you have designed your own branded content you can upload it to your own dedicated storage area on the cloud.

It should arrive in 3-5 workings days after you place your order.

Yes. There is no minimum contract period , thus you can leave anytime. Please let us know at least 10 working days before the payment collection date, otherwise the money might still be debited from your account.

No. The media player is yours to keep and has many useful functions.

No, Waiting Room does not include content which requires a TV licence.

The TV screen will need to have a spare HDMI input.

We recommend to have a separate media player for each waiting room screen as this allows greatest flexibility. However, you can use one media player with HDMI splitter to show the same content on all screens.

You will receive an Android TV meida player with the application and remote support facility pre-installed. Also included will be a remote control (with batteries), power cable (approx. 90cm) plus an HDMI cable (approx. 70 cm).

Any video that has a soundtrack will be heard through the TV speakers.

Yes, you can upload your own playlist. If you are used to playing the radio in your waiting area there is an option to play from selected radio stations via your TV. The background music will be muted if an audio track is playing on the main video media.

It is possible that our waiting room tv software can work on your Android TV without any additional hardware. However, please contact us before making any decisions.
